The Culinary Arts Museum operates on the Johnson & Wales University academic calendar, which means we will be closed to the public on the following additional days: 2008 Martin Luther King Day, January 21st. Thanksgiving Break, Nov. 27, 28, 29, 30th. Christmas Break, Dec. 22 to Jan 2, 2009.
